The Ear Clinic for Pets was founded by Dr. Michael A. Dutton, DVM, DABVP (Canine/Feline Specialist), DABVP (Avian Specialist) in order to provide his clients with the advantages of video otoscopy and the superior diagnostic and treatment option it provides. The video otoscope has helped tremendously for pets with chronic ear problems. The Clinic has also used the system for visualizing the mouth cavity, especially on rabbits and chinchillas.
Dr. Dutton is also the founder and owner of both the Weare Animal Hospital and the Exotic and Bird Specialty Clinic of New Hampshire in Weare, New Hampshire. The Weare Animal Hospital is a companion animal veterinary hospital started in 1992 that offers both primary and secondary care to dogs, cats, and exotic pets. He serves as a local referral source for area veterinarians.
The Weare Animal Hospital was awarded the coveted 4-year certification from the American Animal Hospital Association in 1998 and 2002.
The Exotic and Bird Clinic of New Hampshire was started in 2001 to serve the specialized needs of pets other than dogs and cats.
Pets such as ferrets, birds, reptiles, rabbits and other small mammals have different diets and needs compared to dogs and cats. In fact, a major risk to your exotic pet developing disease is bad diet and management.
Dr. Michael Dutton is a Board Certified Canine and Feline Specialist with 20
years experience treating ear infections in pets.
